thx; ca. 2 years ago I kept some seedlings of the "Ditch stonecrop" for few months in a tank but gave them later away to interested hobbyists. It was a steady, rather slow grower, not really demanding.
It's a winter-hardy perennial, you can grow it outdoor, not only in wet but also in normal, moderately moist garden soil. The terrestrial form develops underground rhizomes and seeds itself. Nice red autumn colour. http://www.illinoiswildflowers.info/wetland/plants/ditch_stonecrop.htm
A comparison with the Asian species Penthorum chinense would be interesting, but I don't know a source for the latter.
